Brentwood Renovations is run by Paul Hewett, a project manager with around forty years in construction. The business is built on one simple idea: a job goes right when one person is responsible for all of it.
Why one project manager matters
Most building work goes wrong in the gaps. The brickie finishes and the roofer is not booked. The electrician first-fixes before the plasterer is ready. The kitchen arrives a fortnight before the floor is down. Every one of those gaps costs you time and money, and every trade will tell you it was somebody else.
Running a job as a managed project removes the gaps. The sequence is planned before anyone lifts a tool, the trades are booked against that sequence, and if something slips it gets re-planned rather than absorbed by you.
Experienced trades, not whoever is free
We work with the same brickwork, roofing, electrical, plumbing, plastering and joinery teams job after job. They know the standard expected and they know they will be back next month, which is a far better guarantee of quality than any promise on a website.
Straight answers before you commit
If what you are asking for will not work, or will cost far more than you think, you will be told at the first visit rather than at the point where the walls are already down. Quotes are itemised and written so you can compare them properly against anyone else.
Accredited and insured
Checkatrade approved and CHAS accredited, with full public liability insurance. Building regulations sign-off is handled as part of the job, not left to you to chase.
