Extensions, loft conversions, kitchens and full refurbishments across Brentwood, Shenfield, Hutton, Ingatestone, Billericay and Stock. Every job below was run start to finish by the same project manager.
01 — Brentwood
A dated 1960s detached opened up at the back
The rear of the house was closed in and dark. We took the back wall out, put in a steel, and built a single-storey extension across the full width with a flat roof lantern and sliding doors onto a new patio. Foundations, structural steels, brickwork, roofing, glazing and the landscaping all handled by us.

02 — Shenfield
Kitchen extension with bi-folds onto the garden
A tired galley kitchen at the back of a Shenfield semi. Knocked through into a new side-return extension to make one open-plan kitchen and dining space, with bi-fold doors the full width and underfloor heating throughout.

03 — Hutton
Empty loft turned into a proper double bedroom
Nothing up there but rafters and dust. New floor structure, dormer to the rear, rooflights to the front, insulation to current regs, a staircase that actually works with the landing below, and a finished double bedroom with an en-suite.

04 — Ingatestone
A damp cellar made into a room the family use
The cellar had been a dumping ground for years. Tanked and fully waterproofed, floor dug down for head height, new lighting and power throughout, and finished as a living space rather than storage.

05 — Billericay
Full kitchen renovation, back to brick
Stripped out completely. Rewired, replumbed, walls re-plastered, new flooring, then a fitted kitchen with an island and full worktops. Two and a half weeks from first day to handover.
